1.1.5“External Parties” shall refer to individuals, organizations, or entities outside of Us, including partners, vendors, contractors, and any third-party service providers.

1.1.6“AnaAkhtar Platform” shall refer to the AnaAkhtar website and application.

1.1.7“AnaAkhtar Account” shall refer to the account that the User creates to access the Services and use the AnaAkhtar Platform.

1.1.8Unless otherwise defined in this Policy, capitalized terms defined in Terms & Conditions shall have the same meanings in this Policy.

This information is used to optimize Your user experience. Generally, the Services automatically collect usage information, such as the number and frequency of users of the Services. We may use this data in aggregate form, that is, as a statistical measure, but not in a manner that would identify You personally. 2.2.9Use of MorphCast: AnaAkhtar Platform integrates certain AI features powered by MorphCast to enhance user experience and provide advanced functionality. Please note that MorphCast may collect and process Your Personal Data as part of their service provision on the AnaAkhtar Platform. By accepting this Policy, you acknowledge that you have read and accept MorphCast's privacy policy linked at https://www.morphcast.com/clientprivacy/, and You explicitly acknowledge and agree that their privacy policy will also apply to the collection, use, and sharing of Your Personal Data in connection with any features or services provided by MorphCast. AnaAkhtar shall not in any way hold any liability for MorphCast's collection, use, or handling of Your Personal Data.

3Usage of the Collected Data

AnaAkhtar may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

3.1To provide and maintain Our Service, including to monitor the usage of Our Service.

3.2To manage Your Account, including Your registration as a User of the Service. The Personal Data You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to You as a registered User.

3.3To contact You by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile application's push notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted services, including security updates, when necessary or reasonable.

4.1Service Providers: AnaAkhtar uses trusted third parties (i.e. IT services, analytics services, etc.) to help Us provide, improve, protect, and promote Our Website and Our Service. These third parties will access Your information only to perform tasks on Our behalf in compliance with this Policy, and we’ll remain responsible, to a reasonable extent, for their handling of Your information per Our instructions.

4.2Corporate Change: We may transfer Your Personal Data in the event of a sale, reorganization, or merger of AnaAkhtar.

5Data Retention and Deletion

5.1AnaAkhtar retains User Data for as long as reasonably necessary for the aforementioned purposes, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or reporting requirements. We may retain Your Personal Data for a longer period in the event of a complaint or if We reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation in respect of Our relationship with You. In the event that this Policy contradicts any previous policies, and/or terms & conditions, the provisions applicable to Personal Data under this Policy shall prevail.

5.2Users may request deletion of their accounts at any time.

5.3Following an Account deletion request, AnaAkhtar shall delete the User’s Account and the Personal Data associated with such Account, unless they must be retained due to legal or regulatory requirements, for purposes of safety, security, and fraud prevention, because of an issue relating to the User’s account such as an outstanding credit or an unresolved claim or dispute, or as mandated by the Terms & Conditions.

5.4In some circumstances, We will anonymize Your Personal Data (so that it can no longer be associated with You) for research or statistical purposes, in which case We may use this information indefinitely without further notice to You.

6Your Legal Rights

6.1We process Your Personal Data based on the following legal bases:

6.2.3Erasing Your Personal Data: You can ask Us to erase Your Personal Data stored on Our Service. These social media features are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on the AnaAkhtar Platform. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

10Children’s Privacy

10.1By using the Service, You represent that You are at least the age of majority in Your jurisdiction of residence. Moreover, You acknowledge that the access to Your Account is Your responsibility in its entirety. AnaAkhtar will have no liability in any way if Your Account was used by a minor dependant, without supervision. You are providing Your consent for Your child’s use of Your Account whenever Your Account is accessed by such child /minor independent. Please contact Us if You believe We have collected Personal Data about a child without consent from their parent or guardian so We can take action to prevent such access and to delete their Personal Data from Our Service.
